Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Michele grew up the daughter of a former deputy director of Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). She spent some of her childhood abroad with four years at Subic Bay Naval Base in the Philippines and a year in London, England where she studied acting in a program designed by the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. She has visited Korea, Japan, Okinawa, Wales, Ireland, France, Belgium and Holland.

She began acting in school plays and drama competitions and in various community theaters. She won a Best Actress award in the Anne Arundel Drama Festival and was nominated for Best Actress in the Far East Drama Competition. Since then she has performed in several plays in Hollywood, starred in independent films and has been featured in numerous network and Cable TV and motion pictures. Her proven talent for rising potential won her Quarter Finalist in the 2002 Fade In Magazine Screen Test Competition for actors out of over 1,800 entries.

Her love for playing the drums since the age of four lead her to performing in Honor Band competitions in Seoul, Korea while living in the Philippines and later session jamming with rock artists in L.A. She was also recognized for giving music demonstrations and performances for the Pilipino children and military servicemen abroad.
